We recommend avoiding makeup for at least 24-48 hours after your treatment to allow your skin to heal and absorb the full benefits. Your skin may be more sensitive during this time, and keeping it clean helps prevent congestion or irritation. If needed, mineral or breathable makeup can be used once any redness subsides.

To ensure the best results, avoid active ingredients such as retinol, AHAs/BHAs, or exfoliants for 7 days days prior to your treatment. If you are currently using any prescribed skincare or have had recent cosmetic procedures, please inform your therapist during your consultation.

After your treatment, it’s important to give your skin time to recover. We recommend avoiding saunas, swimming pools, and strenuous exercise for at least 48 hours.
